Anne Gervais de Lafond

Lawyer

Anne Gervais de Lafond is a graduate of the HEC school. She has carried on
her activity since 1981.
She began her career in the taxation sector during an initial training
period at PEAT MARWICK MITCHELL (which became KPMG), where she advised a
national and international clientele consisting of medium-sized and big
businesses. She halted that activity at the end of 1995 to establish the
company BH et ASSOCIÉS.
At the time of the firm¹s creation, she moved into company law, thus
combining the two complementary parts of the law (company law and taxation).
That experience with taxation law enables her to optimize her clients¹
choices among the possible options in connection with company law.
She practices company law within the framework of various phases of business
life:
€ the choice that may arise at the time of creation, € ordinary legal
life, € advice and installation of tools during growth phases
(acquisitions, disposals, mergers, complex shareholders¹ agreements, capital
restructuring) and during restructuring periods, € links with the venture
capital companies.
Anne Gervais de Lafond speaks English.
