Nathalie Deleuze holds a DEA (Post-graduate Diploma) in Taxation (Paris II ­
Panthéon-Assas University). She has been a member of the Paris Bar since
2003.

She has written a book dealing with General Principles of law for the use of
students. This book has been published in Studyrama Editions.

After having a first experience in mergers and acquisitions in Landwell firm
and another one in taxation with CMS firm, she has chosen to specialize in
contract and company laws. She joined BH & Associés in 2008.

She is involved in drafting and setting up of business contracts, field in
which her experience in legal proceedings allows to secure agreements and to
avoid disputes. She is also involved in funding and restructuring of
companies (acquisition, shareholding, merger, bindings between
shareholders…), setting up, liquidation, transformation of companies and
approval of accounts.

She also defends clients’ interests in proceedings.
