Sabrina Mallardeau was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010. She developed her expertise mainly in corporate law with leading French law firms before joining BDO AVOCATS, a member of BDO, the world’s 5th largest audit and accounting network. There, she mainly dealt with all corporate law issues for a national and international clientele of medium-sized and large companies.

She joined BH et Associés in 2020 and currently deals exclusively with corporate law matters.

She advises and assists on a wide range of corporate law issues, from start-up to business development, including acquisitions, share or asset disposals, capital transactions, mergers and restructuring. She also assists with the day-to-day legal needs of companies.

She works in both French and English.
